About Joshua Kim
Joshua's diverse background reflects a rich tapestry of experiences, blending entrepreneurship, ministry, and military service. His educational foundation in Philosophy from California State University, Sacramento, coupled with a Master of Divinity from Alliance Theological Seminary, and military leadership schools, underscores his intellectual and spiritual depth.Having served as a Chick-fil-A Operator/Owner, Joshua possesses a firsthand understanding of the responsibilities and challenges that come with entrepreneurship. This experience not only instilled in him the significance of inspiring and impacting team members but also exposed him to the stresses inherent in business ownership.As an ordained minister with the Christian & Missionary Alliance since 2002, and former church pastor, Joshua appreciates the complexities of life's journey and the inevitable disruptions that people encounter. This background equips him with empathy and insight into the human experience, fostering a holistic approach to leadership.His role as a Reserve Senior military officer, Chaplain, and Colonel in the United States Air Force further contributes to Joshua's leadership portfolio. Through his military service, he promotes principles that effectively resonate with individuals while achieving mission objectives.
